Annual Report and Notice of AGM Publication

Charter Court Financial Services Group plc ("Charter Court") announces that it has published its 2018 Annual Report and Accounts and posted its Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy to shareholders.

Charter Court's 2019 Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Linklaters LLP, One Silk Street, London EC2Y 8HQ on Wednesday 15 May 2019 at 12 noon. Full details of the proposed resolutions are set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting.

Copies of the aforementioned documents have today been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

Electronic copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting are also available to download from the Company's website at www.chartercourtfs.co.uk.
