Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Following the release on 25 November 2014 of its preliminary results for the year ended 30 September 2014, Zoopla Property Group Plc ("Company") announces that it has today published its 2014 Annual Report.

The Company also announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.00am on Thursday 12 February 2015 at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, 65 Fleet Street, London, EC4Y 1HT.
