Annual Report and Notice of AGM
YORK, 14 May, 2013 - Tissue Regenix Group plc ("Tissue Regenix" or "the Group") (AIM:TRX), the regenerative medical devices company which uses animal or human tissue to replace damaged or worn out parts of the human body, announces that it has posted to shareholders its AnnualReport and Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2013 and the Notice of its AGM. The AGM will be held at DLA Piper UK LLP, Princes Exchange, Princes Square, Leeds, LS1 4BY on 14 June 2013 at 10.00am.
