CareTech Holdings PLC (AIM: CTH), a pioneering provider of specialist social care services in the UK, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2018 and the notice of the 2019 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and related form of proxy have been posted to shareholders.

The AGM will be held on 5 March 2019 at 10.00am at CareTech's headquarters, Metropolitan House, 3 Darkes Lane, Potters Bar, Hertfordshire EN6 1AG.
