Petra announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 30 June 2017 (the "2017 Annual Report") has been published and is available to view on the Company's website at www.petradiamonds.com/investors/results-reports/.

The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at the offices of Buchanan, 107 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6DN, United Kingdom at 11:00am GMT on 24 November 2017. The Notice of AGM and related voting forms have been published on the Company's website at https://www.petradiamonds.com/investors/shareholders/meetings/.
