In accordance with UK Listing Rules 6.4.1 and 6.4.3, the documents are available for inspection via the National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The 2025 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting can also be downloaded from the Company's website at srei.co.uk or hard copies of these documents can be obtained free of charge on request from Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust Limited, c/o Schroder Investment Management Limited, 1 London Wall Place, London EC2Y 5AU.
