Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Somero Enterprises, Inc ®, the North American manufacturer of patented laser guided equipment used for the spreading and levelling of high volumes of concrete for floors in the construction industry, is pleased to announce that, pursuant to AIM Rule 20, its Annual Report and Accounts for the Financial Year ended 31 December 2011 ('Annual Report') has been posted to shareholders.
