Somero Enterprises, Inc., the North American manufacturer of patented, laser-guided equipment that automates the process of spreading and leveling volumes of concrete for commercial flooring and other horizontal surfaces such as paved parking lots, is pleased to announce that, pursuant to AIM Rule 20, its Annual Report and Accounts for the Financial Year ended 31 December 2014 ('Annual Report') was posted to shareholders on 17 April 2015, along with the Notice of Somero's Annual General Meeting.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 11.00 am on 19 May 2015 at the offices of Canaccord Genuity Limited, 88 Wood Street, London EC2V 7QR.
