Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Further to the Group's Preliminary Results announcement published on 25 October 2023, ScS today announces that it has issued its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 29 July 2023 and its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2023.
The Group's 2023 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") will be held at 2.00 p.m. GMT on Friday 1 December 2023 at the offices of Ward Hadaway LLP at Sandgate House, 102 Quayside, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 3DX.
The Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 29 July 2023, Notice of Annual General Meeting 2023, together with associated Proxy Form, will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/homepage.
Copies of the Annual Report 2023 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2023 are available on the Group's website at www.scsplc.co.uk.
Hard copy documents have also now been mailed to shareholders.
