CEPS PLC ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF AGM

CEPS PLC ("CEPS" or the "Company"), the AIM quoted investment company acquiring majority stakes in stable, profitable and steadily growing entrepreneurial companies, confirms that, in accordance with AIM Rule 20, its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008 has been sent to shareholders today.
