2014 Annual Report and notice of AGM

The Company will send, today, its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2014 ("Annual Report") together with a notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM Notice") to shareholders. The Annual General Meeting is convened to be held at the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland, No. 6 Kildare Street, Dublin 2, Ireland, on 24 July 2015 at 2.00 p.m.
