Cenkos announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 and a notice convening the Company's annual general meeting (the "AGM") are now available from the Company's website at www.cenkos.com and will be posted to shareholders.
The AGM will be held at 9.30 a.m. on Tuesday 17 May 2016 at 6.7.8 Tokenhouse Yard, London, EC2R 7AS.
