London, 4 June 2018 - Serica Energy plc, announces that copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017 have today been posted to shareholders who have requested a hard copy, together with a notice convening the Company's annual general meeting (the "AGM").  

The AGM is to be held at the offices of Peel Hunt, Moor House, 120 London Wall, London EC2Y 5ET at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, 28 June 2018.
