Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Hardy Oil and Gas plc (LSE: HDY), the oil and gas exploration and production company focused in India, announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2017 (the "Annual Report and Accounts").
The Company's 2017 Annual General Meeting will be held at 16 North Silver Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1RL on Thursday, 13 September 2017 at 11.00 am. A copy of the Annual Report and Accounts is available to view on the Company's website: www.hardyoil.com .
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of each of the Annual Report and Accounts, the Notice of the Annual General Meeting 2017 and the form of proxy in relation to the Annual General Meeting 2017 will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Mechanism and will be available for viewing shortly www.morningstar.co.uk .
