Falcon Acquisitions, the LSE listed investment company focused on investments in the OTT market, announces that the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting and related Form of Proxy ("Notice") together with the Annual Report, containing the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2015, have been distributed to shareholders. The Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.00 p.m. local time on Monday 16 May 2016 at The Duke of Richmond Hotel, Cambridge Park, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1UY.
