Annual Report and Notice of AGM

dotdigital Group plc (AIM: DOTD), the leading 'SaaS' provider of an omnichannel marketing automation and customer engagement platform, announces that it has posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2021 to shareholders. The annual report is also available on the Company's website (https://www.dotdigitalgroup.com/investor-relations).
This includes a Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), to be held at 11:00am on 22 December 2021 at No1 London Bridge, London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9BG.
dotdigital is keen to welcome shareholders in person to the 2021 AGM, so the Group will welcome the maximum number of shareholders possible, within safety constraints and in accordance with the latest government guidelines.
The Group is conscious of the constantly evolving nature of the Covid-19 situation, and should the situation change such that it is no longer possible for shareholders to attend a face-to-face meeting, any changes to the meeting will be announced as soon as practicably possible via the Regulatory News Service and the Company's website.
