Notice of 2009 AGM and 2008 Annual Report and Accounts
The Annual General Meeting of Petards Group plc will be held at 11 a.m. on 25 June 2009 at Fifth Floor, Quayside House, 110 Quayside, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 3DX.
The Notice of 2009 AGM and Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008 are being sent to shareholders today.
An electronic copy of the Report and Accounts will shortly be available from the Company's website at www.petards.com and is also available from the registered office of the Company.
