Posting of Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM 

CareTech Holdings PLC (AIM: CTH), a pioneering provider of specialist social care services in the UK, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2020 and the notice of the 2021 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders.

The documents are being made available on the investor relations section of the Company's website, www.caretech-uk.com.

The AGM will be held on 9 March 2021 at 10.00am at CareTech's headquarters, Metropolitan House, 3 Darkes Lane, Potters Bar, Hertfordshire EN6 1AG. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and in line with UK Government advice, the Board has decided to run the 2021 AGM as a closed meeting and shareholders will not be able to attend.

In the light of these measures, the Board strongly encourages shareholders to vote by proxy in accordance with the instructions in the Notice of AGM. Shareholders can submit questions to the Company ahead of the AGM as per instructions within the Notice of AGM.
