Annual Report and Notice of AGM 

Zoopla Property Group Plc (LSE:ZPLA) ("ZPG"), owner of some of the UK's most trusted home-related digital platforms including Zoopla, uSwitch, PrimeLocation and Property Software Group, confirms that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Thursday 2 February 2017 at 10am at ZPG, The Cooperage, 5 Copper Row, London, SE1 2LH.

A notice convening the AGM has today, along with the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2016, been posted to shareholders together with the proxy card. In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of these documents has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
