KINGFISHER plc (the "Company")
Annual Report and Notice of 2009 Annual General Meeting
Further to the Preliminary Results announcement made by the Company on 26 March, the Company announces that it has today posted to all its shareholders who have elected to receive hard copy documentation, the following documentation:
Annual Report for the year ended 31 January 2009; and
Notice of Meeting for the 2009 Annual General Meeting.
Copies of the above documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at The Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5HS (Tel: 020 7066 8333).
In addition, these documents will be made available on the Company's website at www.kingfisher.com, together with a copy of the amended Memorandum of Association showing all the changes to the current Memorandum of Association which it is proposed that the Company amend to have effect from 0.001am on 1 October 2009.
