ANNUAL REPORT AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS POSTED
Further to the Company's results announcement dated 20 March 2009, the Directors of Alpha Pyrenees confirm that the annual report and financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2008 will be posted to shareholders today.
A Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Company, which is to be held on Thursday 30 April 2009 at 9.00am, and a Form of Proxy for use at the meeting are enclosed with the annual report.
