Further to the Company's results announcement dated 18 March 2011, the Directors of the Company confirm that the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2010 have been dispatched to shareholders.
Copies are available to download from the Company's website (www.corero.com) and in person from the registered office of the Company, 169 High Street, Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire WD3 1AY.
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of finnCap, 60 New Broad Street, London EC2M 1JJ at 10am on 24 May 2011.
