The 2011 Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at Buchanan Communications Limited, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN on Thursday 10 November 2011 at 11.00am. A summary of the proposed resolutions is set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting and in the Directors Report of the 2011 Annual Report & Financial Statements.
