Annual Report and AGM Notice

Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co., Harlequin and Zoffany, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2010 and Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) are being posted today to shareholders.

Walker Greenbank's AGM will be held at 11am on 28 July 2010 at the offices of Buchanan Communications, 45 Moorfields, London EC2Y 9AE. 

A copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting is available free of charge from the registered office of the Company together with the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2010.

These documents can also be viewed at the Investors section of the Company's website, www.walkergreenbank.com. The website has recently been redesigned and the Investors section now includes additional features including interactive reports and an email alert service.
