Nexus Infrastructure plc (AIM:NEXS), a leading provider of essential infrastructure services to the UK housebuilding and commercial sectors, announces that copies of the annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2017 will be posted to shareholders on 2 February 2018 and will be available at the registered office of the Company. An electronic copy of the annual report and accounts is available from the Company's website www.nexus-infrastructure.com.
Shareholders will also receive Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company which will be held at 9am on Tuesday 6 March 2018 at the Radisson Blu Hotel, London Stansted Airport, Waltham Close, Stansted CM24 1PP.
