Regus Group PLC21 April 2008 Regus Group plc ("the Company") Annual Report, Annual General Meeting and Proposed Amendments to Constitution The Company announces that two copies of its 2007 Annual Report and Accounts,Notice of Annual General Meeting on 20 May 2008 and Form of Proxy have beensubmitted to the UK Listing Authority. At the Annual General Meeting, it isproposed that the Company adopts new Articles of Association. A summary of theproposed changes is set out in the explanatory notes which accompany the Noticeof Annual General Meeting and which are available on the Company's website. Twocopies of the proposed new Articles of Association have also been submitted tothe UK Listing Authority.
