Annual Report and Accounts for 31 December 2007
Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of Annual General Meeting and related documents.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, Fortune Oil PLC (the "Company") has submitted two copies of the following documents to the UK Listing Authority:

Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007;

2.

Notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”); and

3.

Notice of Availability letter.

Two copies of the proposed new Articles of Association of the Company have also been submitted to the UK Listing Authority in accordance with DTR 6.1.2. A summary of the principal changes to the Articles of Association is set out in the explanatory notes that accompany the Notice of AGM. The AGM will be held on Wednesday, 25 June 2008 at which a resolution will be proposed to adopt new Articles of Association.
