Annual Financial Report
Norcros, the home consumer products group with operations primarily in the UK and South Africa, has today released its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2009 and, in addition, the Company can now confirm that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2009 is available on the Company's website at www.norcros.com.
The Company further confirms that it has submitted two copies of the 2009 Report and Accounts to the UK Listing Authority. These documents will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
