Swallowfield plc, the market leader in the development, formulation and supply of cosmetics, toiletries and related household products to the own label and branded sectors, is pleased to announce that it has today distributed its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 June 2008 to shareholders.
The Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 6 November 2008 at the Company's Registered Office, at 12.00 noon. Notice of this meeting has been sent to shareholders today.
