The Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015, notice of the 2016 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Proxy Form have been mailed to shareholders.

The AGM will be held on 7 June 2016 at The Atlantic Hotel, Le Mont de la Pulente, St. Brelade, Jersey, JE3 8HE, Channel Islands at 10.00am.
