(LSE: CTI.L), an investment holding company and a leading investor in the growing healthcare sector in the People's Republic of China, today announces that that its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2011 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Form of Proxy for its forthcoming AGM have been posted to shareholders. These documents will also be uploaded to National Storage Mechanism. An electronic copy of the Annual Report and Accounts is also now available on the Company's website at http://www.cathay-intl.com.hk and printed copies are available upon request.
