The Annual Report which is being issued further to theannouncement of the Company's audited full year results reported on 30th August,gives details of: • Mwana's assets in DRC, Ghana and Zimbabwe • Corporate developments since Mwana Africa plc was formed last year • The first phase of the rehabilitation of the Freda Rebecca mine, which will take production to 48,000oz pa gold by the end of 2007 • Access to additional nickel deposits at Bindura Nickel Corporation and mine life extension work being undertaken at the Shangani and Trojan mines • Drilling work begun in Ghana at Ahanta • Cluff Mining (Zimbabwe) Holdings Ltd.
