Imperial Innovations will today distribute to shareholders its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 July 2007.
The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 11.30 a.m. on 10 December 2007 at The Business School, Imperial College, Exhibition Road, London SW7 2AZ. Notice of the Annual General Meeting is enclosed with the Annual Report and Accounts.
