The Company announces that it has today posted the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2011 to shareholders, together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held at 2pm on 26 July 2012 in The Ballsbridge Hotel, Pembroke Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.
