London Stock Exchange Group plc ("LSEG" or the "Company") announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 (the "Annual Report") has been published today on its website at www.lseg.com/en/investor-relations/annual-reports/2025.

In accordance with paragraphs 6.4.1R and 6.4.3R of the FCA UK Listing Rules and 4.1 of the FCA Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTR"), the Annual Report has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism where it will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
