Annual Report and Notice of AGM
SpiriTel plc (AIM: STP), the business communications service provider, announces that it has circulated to shareholders its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 April 2008.
The Annual Report includes notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting for shareholders, which will be held at 10.00 am on 29 September 2008 at the offices of Lane & Partners LLP, 15 Bloomsbury Square, London WC1A 2LS.
