Albany Capital announces that it is posting its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 September 2008 to shareholders today , together with a circular to shareholders proposing resolutions on its investing strategy and changes to its articles of association , the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and the form of proxy for use at the AGM to be held at the offices of Fasken Martineau Stringer Saul LLP, Fourth Floor, 17 Hanover Square, London W1S 1HU on 18 December 2008 at 10.00 a.m.
Copies of these documents are available free of charge from the Company's Registered Office at 17 Hanover Square, London, W1S 1HU for a period of at least one month, and on the Company's website at www.albanycapital.co.uk
