Notice of AGM
GVC Holdings PLC (AIM:GVC), the multinational sports betting and gaming group, announces that electronic copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy are available from the Company's investor relations website at www.gvc-plc.com. Hard copies of the 2013 Annual Report and Accounts will be posted to shareholders on 22 April 2014.
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday 14 May 2014 at The Chambers, 5 Mount Pleasant, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 2PU.
