Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist pensions consultancy, announces that printed copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 May 2008 have been distributed to shareholders together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and form of proxy. Mattioli Woods' Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:00hrs on Thursday, 16 October 2008 at MW House, 1 Penman Way, Grove Park, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 1SY.
