Nasstar plc ("Nasstar", AIM: NASA), announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2008, together with the notice of the annual general meeting which will be held at Nasstar's registered office 14 - 18 Old Street, London, EC1V 9BH at 10.30 am on 11 February 2009, are being posted to shareholders today.
