Oxford, UK, and Dover, Delaware, USA, 06 October 2021: Sensyne Health plc (LSE: SENS), the ethical clinical AI company, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the 12 months ended 30 April 2021, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM') were posted to shareholders on 5 October 2021. Copies of both documents are available on the Company's website, www.sensynehealth.com

The AGM will be held at 2:00 pm BST / 9 am ET on Friday, 29 October 2021 at Voco Thames Hotel, Henley Road, Sandford-on-Thames, Oxford OX4 4GX UK and virtually on a video conference.
