Royal Dutch Shell plc ("the Company") Annual Report and Annual General Meeting
The Company announces that two copies of the following documents have been submitted to the UK listing Authority:
Annual Report and Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2007 Annual Review and Summary Financial Statements 2007 Notice of 2008 Annual General Meeting Proxy Forms relating to the 2008 Annual General Meeting Notice of Availability

At the Annual General Meeting due to be held on May 20, 2008 it is proposed that the Company adopts new Articles of Association. A summary of the proposed changes is set out in the Notice of 2008 Annual General Meeting which is available on the Company's website (see above). A clean copy of the new articles and a copy marked up to show changes from the current articles are also available on this website.
