Annual Report and Financial Statements 2007/08 and Notice of AGM
Two copies of the following documents which have today been sent to all shareholders, have been sent to the UK Listing Authority ("UKLA") and will shortly be available for inspection at the UKLA's Document Viewing Facility, situated at Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5HS:
a) Notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 31 July 2008, together with Proxy Form; and
b) Annual Report and Financial Statements 2007/08.
In addition, two copies of the new Articles of Association (the "Articles"), showing all the changes to the existing Articles being proposed at the forthcoming AGM, have also been sent to the UKLA and will shortly be available for inspection.
The Annual Report and Financial Statements and Notice of Meeting (containing an Appendix summarising the principal changes proposed to the Articles) will also shortly be available to view on the Company's website at: http://www.nwg.co.uk/Downloadlibrary.aspx
