Annual Report and Notice of AGM 

 

Augean confirms that its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007 has been sent to its shareholders together with a notice convening the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held at 10.00am on 3 June 2008 at the offices of Mayer Brown, 11 Pilgrim Street, London, EC4V 6RW. As required under AIM Rule 26, copies of the Annual Report are available free of charge on the Company's web site www.augeanplc.com.
