Annual Report and Accounts, and Annual General Meeting
The Company announces that two copies of each of its 2010 Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on Thursday 14 April 2011 at 12 noon and Form of Proxy have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority.
