GlaxoSmithKline plc issued its Notice of Annual General Meeting at 2.00pm (UK) today, 24 March 2009.
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.30pm on Wednesday 20 May 2009 at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre, Broad Sanctuary, Westminster, London SW1P 3EE.
Copies of the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting, together with the 2008 Annual Report have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at:
