Densitron Technologies plc announces that it has today published its report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007 on its website at www.densitron.com.
The Notice of Meeting and Proxy Card in respect of the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting have been posted to all shareholders. The Annual Report and Accounts have been sent to those Shareholders that have requested a hard copy of the report to be continued to be delivered.
Additional copies of the Annual Report and Accounts are available for one month from the Company's offices at 5th Floor, 145 Cannon Street, London EC4N 5BP.
