These documents are being sent to Hargreaves Lansdown shareholders on Tuesday 27 October 2009.
The Company further announces that in accordance with paragraph 6.1.2 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, two copies of its Articles of Association showing the amendments to be proposed at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 27 November 2009 have been lodged today with the UK Listing Authority for publication through the Document Viewing Facility.
