St Ives plc - Annual Report and Accounts 2008

Pursuant to LR 9.6.1R, the Company announces that the Annual Report and Accounts 2008 is being posted to shareholders today. Accordingly two copies of each of the documents listed below have been submitted to the Document Viewing Facility of the UK Listing Authority:
