Annual Report and Annual General Meeting
The Company announces that two copies of its 2008 Annual Report and Accounts, which includes a Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on 10 February 2009, and Form of Proxy have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority. Copies of all the above documents will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at:

At the Annual General Meeting due to be held on 10 February 2009, it is proposed that the Company adopts new Articles of Association. A summary of the proposed changes is set out in the explanatory notes which are included with the Notice of Annual General Meeting in the 2008 Annual Report and Accounts and which are available on the Company's website at www.victrex.com.
